Available Litters
We have our newest litter (Lucy x Sire) planned for Spring/Early Summer 2026.
Lucy is awaiting the remainder of her health clearances, genetic screening and show titles before breeding. Please note that the certified hip, elbow, eye, and heart exams can only fully be completed at two years of age and showing begins at 6 months-1 year old.
We feel her prospect is very hopeful given her pedigree and the quality of her breeding! Of course, we do not want to guarantee a puppy before we are certain she’ll be bred and will begin accepting applications in the next 18 months as we get closer to finalizing her breeding. Please CONTACT US IF INTERESTED so we can send you the application when available. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to pairing you with a puppy soon!
Thank you for choosing Calvary Goldens for the newest addition to your family!
Our dogs and puppies are home raised on our small family farm and will be well socialized to adults, children, other animals, sights and sounds. Prior to going to their new homes, all puppies receive age appropriate vaccinations & deworming, a microchip, and a physical examination by a licensed veterinarian. Both parents of any given litter are tested and cleared for hips, elbows, eye and heart soundness in addition to genetic screening for inheritable diseases common to this breed. Parents are genetically matched to not be closely related or pass on any genetic abnormalities that manifest in disease as your puppy matures.
We are committed to your family and our puppies for their lifetime. After you bring your puppy home, you will have free access to ask any questions you have for the lifetime of your dog.
Please reach out to us via the contact form found on the CONTACT US page for more information and the puppy application.
Puppy Purchasing Process
Bringing a puppy into your home is a big investment! We ask that you consider the commitment required for bringing a dog into your home before applying. As much joy that there is to having a canine companion, they are not without work. Think about things like regular expenses (food, medical care, etc…), training, exercise, and why you are wanting a dog at this time. Having unity for everyone involved in caring for the puppy will help lower the amount of unmet expectations after the fact.
Sometimes getting the right puppy for your family can mean waiting a long time - even a year! We want our litters to be fully spoken for before birth so we welcome you to apply early. We can assure you the wait is well worth it!
Once the online application is completed, we will review it and schedule a secondary interview by phone or video call. Pending approval with this interview, you will be added to our waitlist and submit your initial $100 deposit to hold your place. When there is a puppy available for you in a current litter, we have a $400 deposit due. See the COST section for further details regarding pricing. When the puppies are 6 weeks of age, we welcome you to come to a “puppy picking day” at our home. This allows you to meet the puppies and help you decide which demeanor/energy level suits your family best. We will have a preliminary personality assessment completed to give a general idea of what you can expect from any given puppy. At 7 weeks of age, the remainder of the puppy cost is due.
Finally, at 8 weeks of age, puppies are ready to become yours! They will be fully weaned and have gotten the maximum benefit from their time with their litter mates and mother, opening up the best timeframe to bond with their new pack, your family! Your puppy comes home with a canvas tote bag filled with the following:
a copy of their Health Certificate
updated medical records
microchip number and registration information
(limited) AKC registration papers
a copy of the sales contract and payment receipt
a toy with the scent of their mother and littermates
personality assessment
a week’s worth of food (this is to aid in adjusting to a new diet if you purchase a different food than what we use)
We seek to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our breeding management, puppies, and practices. We are more than willing to provide pedigrees, AKC registration papers, vet records, licensing or other appropriate documentation for our dogs and puppies prior to purchase if you desire. You are welcome to schedule a visit prior to purchasing a puppy as well.
Cost
The total cost for a puppy from us is $3500. We ask for an initial $100 deposit to be added to the waitlist. There is a second $400 deposit due when a puppy is available for you in an upcoming litter. All deposits are nonrefundable. This not only secures your place, but also helps us take care of the mother dog during her pregnancy and raising her litter. The remaining $3000 is due when the puppies are 7 weeks old, the week before they go home.
Because we are committed to our dogs and your family, we have a contract that is mutually signed to ensure the best life for our dogs after leaving our home. Please click on the link below for a preview of our sales contract.

Guardianship Program
Because we pride ourselves in having home raised Goldens joining us in daily life, we do not have kennel facilities. We want our dogs to be pets first and live with their families for their lifetime. Occasionally, we will have breeding quality dogs that we have selected to be in our lines. In essence, a dog in this program would live with their primary family (you) the majority of the time and be used for breeding as appropriate for the Calvary lineage. We ask that all dogs in our guardianship program be within a 30 mile radius of our family due to their role as a breeding dog. There is more commitment to a breeding/show dog with the necessary health clearances/testing and breeding management, creating a more selective approval process. However, if you feel your family would be interested in partnering with us, please reach out for further information and we’d be happy to talk more with you. Please contact us and denote guardianship program interest.
